Now let's close out 2026 with some gratitude, celebrations, and meaningful reflection - join me for a live journaling session (on zoom) the last morning of the year. 

I’ll guide you through a short grounding practice, lead you through journaling prompts, and we'll have some time at the end for reflection and an invitation to share.

It's ninety minutes to pause, take inventory, and decide what you're leaving behind in 2025. It's also a chance to notice what you lived through, what you’re proud of, and how you want to step into the next year.

You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time, you don’t need to be a writer, and you don't need to be a consistent journaler.

You just need to show up. (That's half the battle anyway, isn't it?)

What we’ll do together:

• A short grounding practice to help you arrive in the pause

• Guided journaling prompts reflecting on the year and dreaming into the next

• Time to write quietly and at your own pace

• Support choosing your word for the year

• A closing reflection to help you enter the next year with clarity and intention

There will be an optional opportunity to share at the end, and sharing is always invitational.
